MU BMS

The MU BMS has been designed from the bottom up for low-cost mass manufacture by OEMs or niche vehicle manufacturers. It manages from 8 to 14 cells in series, with 4 temperature sensing channels. It handles pre charge and battery switching through on-board MOSFETs. State of charge algorithms and a removable LED indicator provide battery level indication. The MU BMS is CAN enabled, with low quiescent current and wake on CAN configurable. It is ASIL ready, along with REG100 and REG136.

The MU PDU is a solid-state fuse box and relay replacement device. It consists of 10 outputs and 8 analogue inputs. The outputs can be used to control power to various vehicle devices such as instrumentation, lighting, pumps or fans, each capable of 17A continuous and 29A peak current. The outputs can be configured to be controlled over CAN or switched from the analogue inputs. It has low sleep current and configurable wake on CAN. It is IP67 rated.

The MU H-Bridge is a 3 channel H-Bridge, capable of 30A continuous per channel, with built-in current sensing feedback. It contains a 5V sensor supply with 3 analogue inputs for accurate position control. The MU H-Bridge has low sleep current and configurable wake on CAN. It is IP67 rated.
